This way of fighting with the crowds of drug addicts under the effect of drugs and surrounded by syringes, has already been applied in some of the night clubs and the underground car parks. However, it’s now allowed to be used at larger places, crowded with drug addicts.
The basis of the suggested method is a uniqueness of the neon light on the skin of a human being. It makes the veins almost invisible, and as a result of this the lightened area becomes unusable for the use of injecting drugs...
“It’s not a hunt for drug addicts, the representatives of the SNCF stated. It’s sonly an attempt to protect the law-abiding citizens from the meetings with drug addicts and the effects after the drug abuse. "
