During the operation, over 20 active members of the group were detained together with the leader. The mafia was smuggling and subsequently distributing drugs.

According to the investigation, only in the last two years, about 12 million yen were transferred from the sale of drugs to one of the known personal accounts of Yasuaki Sagae.
