Recently, Dakota County Police Department (Minnesota) arrested a woman for storage and use of drugs upon her son’s call.
According to the boy’s sayings, he was tired from a constant smell of burning marijuana and therefore complained his biological father of the permanent "weed" smoking by the child´s mother and father-in-law at home. The father promptly advised the boy to take pictures of the drugs he found and bring the photo evidence to the local police office.
So said – so done! Based on the evidence presented by the child, police obtained the search warrant for the house and detained the suspects. For the whole part of the interrogation process, suspects did not admit their fault, trying to prove that they smoked marijuana solely for medical purposes. During the investigation, it was revealed that this negligent mother served in the bodies of probation.
It is not known what happened to the boy after, however if his biological father refuses to take guardianship over him the boy will be either placed to the orphanage or adopted.
