Volusi сounty police (Florida, USA) arrested 16-year-old teenager for quite an unusual theft. According to the police, David got into his neighbor's house, while she went to the grocery store, and have stolen her tomato plant. As it turned out, detainee thought that it was marijuana.
Neighbor decided no to bring an accusations. However, either mulctary or administrative punishment will be applies anyway. “He will either have to pay or do at least 20 hours of corrective work,”-police says.
