Chinese authorities have chosen the radical way of struggle against drug addicted drivers after a terrible traffic accident resulted in many casualties and was due to the driver's negligence. The driver was freaking out.
According to the report of the Ministry of Public Security of China, as the result of the accident, 14 people died and more than 20 were wounded. It caused the instant response of law enforcement agencies. Several days later they suggested making penalties for violating traffic rules by drug addicts more rigorous.
Henceforth, everyone who committed such an offence will have lifelong ban to drive. Besides, the offender will be added to the database, with will help to monitor the drug trafficking in the country more carefully.
