Police of the Sultanate of Oman arrested a woman who tried to smuggle 32 big powdered drug containing capsules in her own stomach at the airport of Muskat.
Informed sources in the Oman police told the press that the operation aimed at the termination of the drug supply chain has been lasting for a long time. However, only that day an opportunity to arrest the first drug mule of the criminal group under surveillance arose. The pretrial investigation has found that only this year female drug mules of the group made dozens of similar voyages.
The detainee attracted attention of the police by her unusual behavior. Police officers arrested her and sent her to hospital to make an X-ray scanning of her intestines where they found the drug hideout.
