It’s not known for sure what exactly made a drug mule of 33 to obtain a license plate with the remarkable number: 228. However, this is the number of the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation under which he is currently charged by the Department of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation in Tatarstan. A medical examination showed that the drug dealer didn’t take drugs lately, however at the moment of his arrest 30 doses of cocaine were found with him. The drugs were found in the suspect’s car with the license plate eloquently describing its owner’s job. It’s noteworthy that article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation imposes sanctions of 3 years in prison in case of illegal acquisition, storage and transportation of drugs in large amount.
