The funeral of Sage Stallone, a son of the famous actor Sylvester Stallone, took place on July 21, in Brentwood, California. The body of 36-year-old Sage was found on Friday, 13 July, at his house in Hollywood. During the search, police found bags of white powder and 60 empty vials of hydrocodone, also known as vicodin.
Pills of the strong painkilling drug Sage had used were not found. Detectives suspect that Sage Stallone was engaged in drug trafficking, but he was not addicted to vicodin.
However, according to Sage's mother, he used the painkiller drugs after the dental surgery: he had his five teeth removed.
"I told him not to do that. I’ve heard about people dying having multiple procedures done to your mouth. Do not have more than one tooth (pulled)," Sasha Czack, Sage's mother said in her interview to the New York Times.
The autopsy report will be revealed only in a month. Meanwhile, the police investigates how such a huge amount of painkilling drugs appeared in the house of Stallone Jr.
