• Doctors tend not to talk about "recovered drug addicts," and prefer the term "inactive addicts" those who dont use drugs right at given moment. In your opinion, is it not possible to get rid of this label? Even in the opinion of drug treatment experts, patients remain forever addicted. How can the modern society be taught to have an adequate attitude toward former drug addicts and consider them as a part of the society?

  This is perhaps the most difficult task - to follow Christian commandments:

  - Love thy neighbor as thyself;

  - Treat others as you would like them to treat you;

  - With the measure you use it will be measured to you.

  The holy fathers of the Russian land used to say that "evil communities corrupt good manners." Our society today is not quite "healthy", and substance abuse – is one of the terrible social disease. Therefore, “medicine” against this disease is within the society. This process is extremely difficult and not momentary. It required patience and time.

• In you opinion how important is parental education and relationships within the family in preventing drug addiction?

  Primary role. One of the most important factors of social well-being of the society is the ratio of its rich and poor people, the possibility of human fulfillment in difficult market conditions, level of education and employment. The foundation of human personality is laid in the family. Therefore, the government, its administrative and financial institutions should create modern and sufficient conditions for the harmonious development of their future citizens.

• What should be in the Internet age and growth of online communities informational methods to combat drug addiction? What do you think, what means will be most effective today, and how the state should behave in order to successfully affect the suffering of drug addiction and to conduct prevention among healthy population?

  The state must have a long-term comprehensive program aimed at preventing and fighting against drug addiction, including the concept of informational policy in this area, development of the network of public and private rehabilitation centers, and encouragement of media programs and projects, including social networks, aimed at creating a sustainable rejection of drugs among different social and age groups. The program should also support non-governmental organizations in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
