What do you think, what means will be most effective today, and how the state should behave in order to successfully affect the suffering of drug addiction and to conduct prevention among healthy population?

  It is necessary to fight against drug abuse on the legal basis through active participation and promotion of international cooperation, because an exchange of experiences between different countries can help to identify the most effective way to eliminate drug threat in the world. We should focus on four directions: prohibit the use, trade, planting and production of drugs in order to stop the direct sources of raw materials for drug production. Society should take action against drug trade and abuse, according to the law. First of all, it’s essential to block the sources of supply and channels of distribution of the illegal substances. Second, we need to suppress any kind of crimes related to drugs. As the saying goes, all is fair in war.
